At Emmy Designs, we're committed to delivering your orders efficiently and reliably. Orders over 300 AED qualify for free delivery across the UAE. For orders under 300 AED, a flat delivery fee of 20 AED applies. We process shipments within 2-3 business days and provide tracking information upon dispatch. Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase in original condition with packaging intact. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For exchanges or refunds, please contact our customer service team with your order details and photos if applicable. We aim to process returns within 7 business days of receipt.
